Please read carefully

1. The vessel is insured against accidental and third party liability. It is recommended that you take out your own insurance to cover baggage, personal accident, cancellation, medical costs and personal liability.

2. The price includes accommodation, full board and services of the crew.

3. Damage or loss of our property, the vessel or its equipment, through misconduct or negligence, will result in the full cost of repair or replacement being charged to the person responsible.

4. For reasons of safety, the decision of the Captain will be final in all matters concerning the operation of the vessel.

5. On receipt of a booking form and 25% deposit, confirmation will be issued to you. In the unlikely event that the vessel is unavailable for any reason, we will offer an alternative date, or refund your money in full with no further reliability to rest upon us.

6. Cancellation by you up to 4 weeks prior to sailing may result in loss of deposit. Cancellation within 4 weeks may forfeit the entire sum unless we manage to fill the places. In which case, the 75% balance will be refunded less any expenses incurred in re-booking the berths.
